Show Notes

Aden Debord, 21, and Jim Newman, 73, go deep on the topic of self-anaylysis and the pysychological rewards the process might provide. Jim shares that he's had 35 years of traditional psycho-therapy and most recently has discovered a way to open the door to the subconscious on his own, without the presence of a traditional therapoist -- aided only by a moderately high dose of THC and the guidance of several books and some one-on-one discussions with experts in the process. Aden reveals that he too is taking steps to learn more about himself through a unique type of solo talk therapy!
